FAQ

Honest answers to the questions that matter.

If your question isn't answered here, it belongs in a conversation with Glenn.

General

Individuals climb a ladder at their own pace: the signed book, then Foundations, Explorer and Premium, then the Founding Fellow partnership at the top. Organizations work with us through a Team Cohort for an intact leadership team or an Enterprise Partnership across the whole company. Most leaders start where they are and move up as they are ready. Founding Fellow is the deepest path, a business relationship with private 1:1 coaching, the LAOP Coaching Certification and the limited license to deliver the methodology as your own.

Many accomplished leaders reach a point where they lead with their title instead of their truth, performing a version of leadership that slowly erodes their conviction. That is the conviction crisis. The LAOP methodology is the structured path back, a way to reclaim your identity and lead from who you actually are.

Universities follow trends and are transactional, you are a student. Glenn's content and vision create trends, supported by an Advisory Board of practitioners who have lived the work, and he shares the harvest with you. This is a business partnership, not a course.

Founding Fellows

You begin with a short application. Strong candidates are invited to a personal interview, so the fit is right in both directions. Founding Fellow is selective by design. This is a partnership, not a transaction, and the cohort closes permanently at 100.

Proven leadership credibility and the lived experience of leading real teams through real challenges, paired with the readiness to do honest work on yourself first. We are not evaluating titles or résumés. We are looking for leaders ready to reclaim their identity and carry the methodology forward.

You don't need prior coaching experience. The certification trains you from scratch. What you need is proven leadership credibility, the lived experience of having led real teams through real challenges.

This is designed for both full-time and part-time practitioners. Many Fellows build a practice alongside an existing role, and the certification is structured to work either way.

You can significantly scale your business at premium rates with an LAOP Certification and access to Advisory Board expertise. The methodology gives you a proprietary, Fortune 500-proven system that differentiates your practice.

That's completely fine. The certification fast-tracks you into coaching or advisory work, but it isn't a requirement. The LAOP methodology and the limited license to make it your own are yours to apply to any venture you choose to build.

The certification is delivered through a structured online curriculum plus live practice sessions, so you can take part from anywhere. The community is global, and the Conviction Institute Series webinars bring the cohort together throughout the year.

Plan for roughly 5 to 8 hours per week, with most Fellows certifying in 4 to 6 months. The program is delivered through a structured curriculum plus live practice sessions.

It allows you to internalize and deliver the LAOP methodology in your own voice, with your own clients, on your own terms. You are licensed to make it your own, not to copy or resell Glenn's materials wholesale. The goal is for the work to become the way you think and lead, and then the way you serve others.

Certified Fellows can build their own coaching and advisory practice, set their own rates and take on clients through the Institute's pipeline on a shared-revenue basis. You are equipped to carry the methodology forward as your own, with the credential and limited license to do so.

Certified Fellows can take on clients sourced through the Institute's pipeline on a shared-revenue basis, in addition to building their own independent practice at their own rates. It is one channel for growth, not a limit on what you can build.

Hard close. No exceptions. Founding Fellow status closes permanently at 100. After that, the other tiers remain open: Foundations, Explorer and Premium for individuals, plus Team Cohort or Enterprise for organizations.

Tiers and Organizations

You do not have to start at the top. The same methodology is available as a ladder you climb at your own pace. It begins with Glenn's signed book, then opens into Foundations, Explorer and Premium, each a deeper level of access, coaching and tools to lead with more conviction in your current role. You move up whenever you are ready.

Yes. The simplest entry point is Glenn's signed book at $50, the whole methodology on the page. From there, the Foundations tier opens the LAOP core curriculum so you can work through the system at your own pace before deciding how far to take it.

You can move up the individual ladder at any time. Founding Fellow is the exception: it is selective and closes permanently at 100, so once the founding cohort is full that door is closed for good, no matter which tier you hold.

Yes. A Team Cohort brings the methodology to an intact leadership team. An Enterprise Partnership deploys it across the whole organization so the capability lives in-house. Both are scoped to you and arranged by proposal, and you can start that conversation from the investment page.
